School Age Child Care

Students from local public elementary schools may participate in our School Age Childcare (SACC) Program before and/or after their school day. Our hours are from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We also offer care to our Extended Day and SACC students during county teacher workdays, snow days, and spring break.

Occasionally we close for severe weather per our Inclement Weather Policy and we close for holidays, as noted on the annual school calendar.

The children in our School Age Childcare Program are given the choice of planned activities for the day and are encouraged to participate. Indoor recreational games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, physical fitness, drama, music and cooking are only some of the activities supervised by our SACC staff.

Fairfax County Public Schools provide bus service to and from school for students attending Great Falls Elementary and Colvin Run Elementary.
